This is a nice lot of earring making supplies. You get an assortment of glue on pads and ear nuts. I am not happy with the earring nuts (backs) because they are SOOOOO small, its hard for me to grab on to them and use them. They measure 5mm long and 3mm wide. The stud broke and came off one of my favorite earrings. I didn't need but the one silver piece but am really glad I was able to fix that earring, and it was nice to have the glue too. I could have used a larger stud, but the main thing is that it worked fine.

The actual pieces are very helpful, they are easy to use, and they have a smaller size for the earring backs. The only thing that makes me give this 3 stars is that the glue is not all that helpful when using wooden earrings. The glue did not work.

Comes with two sizes of converter posts, excellent glue for jewelry and even silicone backs for the posts. I like the sizes and colors of the posts (silver and gold colors). Worked well to convert a few pairs of clip on earrings to pierced.
