We loved this backpack! I got it for my daughter who’s going into kindergarten. The size was perfect! So cute& just like the photos. I loved the little pockets too . My daughters favorite part was the buckle thats attached to the straps & buckles across the chest. (Lol funny part for a kid to love) Although I read some reviews saying the zipper was a issue but didn’t notice it when it first arrived. but after opening and closing it over the next few days I saw some strings fraying around the zipper which was making the zipper get stuck in the same spot every time. My daughter being 5 was trying to yank it to get it closed and I knew it was a matter of Time before it broke. Unfortunately we decided to return it before that could happen. *This could have been just an issue with the one we purchased though. * great backpack other then that & received refund :) ... show more
