The media could not be loaded. I was so scared to get this because of the reviews about the shedding, large cap, and thickness. However I can proudly say that this wig is definitely worth it. Inside was the wig (it didn’t have an odor), a wig cap, wig band, and press on nails. The drawstring design and the clips make this an easy grab and go wig. I do recommend hair wax and not gel for the leave out and to tease your natural roots if you don’t have thick hair. I curled it the morning of graduation and it held the whole time and the video was about a week later after taking it on a off a couple times to sleep comfortably.

My best friend is a hair/beauty YouTuber (100k subs) and we did an Unice review on her channel a few hours ago because her subs mentioned that Unice has a lot of YouTubers who hype this store and they want to know if it’s legit so here is my review: First and foremost, the hair is beautiful, it was soft, no foul smells at all! No Old chemicals were found while washing (you know how you get a new wig and you wash it seeing dirty coloring) the hair so it was clean, and I would recommend this hair if you have the time patience and I will tell you why in a moment but the first thing I notice is streaks of synthetic in the hair. Secondly, after I washed it and blow-dried it I started to flat iron the hair which took me about 3 + hours once I finished that it was thick as I expected I knew it’d get thick because of how much hair and how it felt. When I say thick I mean thick like really thick which isn’t an issue until it starts to look fake; fake is in hair that looks like braiding hair. It may not look like this in my picture because it took my hours (this doesn't include the time of me finishing flat ironing my hair) just to make it look better and it still doesn’t look good as I wanted it to plus the camera made it look better than how it looks in person and that’s what I notice in a lot of YouTube videos as well. Thirdly, the cap is too big for my head and I’ve never experienced this with any hair company I’ve bought wigs from. The wig kept unloosening and sliding off my head. Overview of this wig is if you don’t care about shaping it and just wear it then go ahead I don’t think it looks quite natural straight out of the package (that’s all wigs) but if you want to shape it out and make it look like how you see in YouTube videos you are going to have to have patience and you also need to keep it in mind that this may take a few hours. You may want to get the glue that you use to glue the wig down or sew it in your head so it doesn’t slide off your head. You may need to get your hair thinner if you don’t like thick hair and want it to look more natural on you. I had a hard time blending this with my hair maybe because my hair is damaged a bit or because I have a bit of 4c mixed with mixed girl hair texture or both. I think this hair is beautiful and is worth getting but like I said you are going to need the patience to make this look good, I won’t be buying another kinky wig from them just because of my preference and if all their wigs caps are this big I may not buy another wig from them as well, the hair is beautiful it’s just not my cup of tea. This is definitely a wig you’d wear for pictures but maybe not outside if you don’t get it right.

Pros: -the unit is very soft -it comes with cute head band, wig cap & lashes -Will match relaxed black women's hair Cons: -False Advertising: It's not a kinky straight unit (I've ordered kinky straight bundles and wigs many times so I'm very familiar with what kinky straight textures should look & feel like & this feels more like a remy texture where they added some crimps to give it more body & texture. It could possibly pass as an Italian Yaki with a thin density. -Split ends: I took a picture of this unit next to an actual kinky straight unit I've had for over 2 years and the ends look equally bad on both. My mom's a hairdresser and she said she'd have to cut a couple inches off of my brand new unit to even out the split ends. Which is a disappointment because I didn't receive a true 18" unit if I have to chop off more inches to make it look nice. I'm 5'6" and the unit fell right below my bra strap. -Will not match 4b/4c pressed out hair. I buy kinky straight textures to match my texture when it's pressed and this is the worst match I've ever experienced. I wore it one day and my texture and this unit were at odds the whole day I was so embarrassed! It has some shiny crimps at the roots that just aren't realistic. So NATURALS beware! -Will not hold a curl: I'm used to this with natural hair. You usually need some type of holding spray to keep the curls looking nice. I just think the lack of hold was more pronounced with this unit due to the split ends. Overall I had high hopes because of the YouTube videos but this didn't work well for me. If you're looking for something to match relaxed and pressed hair I think this would be a really good fit, but this is not for naturals. Maybe if they change the name from "Kinky Straight" to "Italian Yaki" (with a thin density) then they'd have a more accurate description of their product and they wouldn't encounter as many dissapointed customers like myself.

Looks nice but very upset because this doesn’t appear to be 100 % human I see melted hairs on my flat iron so it’s clear they’re mixing synthetic fibers with human hair. Very deceptive!!! Buyer Beware !!!

Listen lovelies, This wig here gave me the blues in the beginning. I don't know if my head was too big or the wig was not wigging but I found that even my shake and go needed a hug. I found that spray glue and glues them edges and my God..... I almost asked myself on a date. This thing was thinging and it looked like my hair. Great quality hair and looks natural. It's to the point that it's my go to wig....... I love it. Thank you light yaki you doing it for ya girl! Fit: fits my head and my budget (okkkayyyy) Density: it's real thick but not unbelievably thick Hair volume: it's giving body Shedding: nah listen you gone have to wipe a shoulder or two.

I was genuinely disappointed in this wig. The actual hair itself is okay but the lace? It’s so short, it doesn’t even fit on my head properly. I don’t like the wavy wave that it’s been cut and overall it just definitely was not worth the money. It also tangled quite easily.
