I recently purchased the Unice 16 inch Kinky jerry curl wig in the color reddish brown and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Right from the start, the wig was defective and could not be worn for my birthday dinner, which was extremely disappointing. The quality control of the product seemed to be lacking, as I had high hopes for this wig but was let down. One of the major issues I encountered was that the 16-inch wig I ordered actually appeared to be more like a 12-inch length. This resulted in an Afro look that was not at all what I was going for. The misleading length of the wig was a big disappointment, as I was hoping for a longer and more natural-looking style. Additionally, the communication from Unice was subpar. There was a lack of response and assistance when I reached out about the defective wig, which was frustrating as a customer spending my hard-earned money on their products. I expected better customer service and communication, especially when dealing with issues like defects in their products. The tight curls in the wig were also not as described or pictured. They were not as natural-looking as I had hoped and did not suit my preferences. Overall, my experience with the Unice 16 inch Kinky jerry curl wig was disappointing and I would not recommend this product to others. Better quality control, accurate product descriptions, and improved customer service are needed for this brand to be more reliable and trustworthy.

I really wanted to love this wig! The lace was nice, not rough at all. It's such a pretty color, definitely more red than brown so be prepared! The curls are beautiful but look better and more full when you brush them out. Initially I was questioning the 150% density claim but it looked more accurate after separating the curls. There was a slight/faint scent but I felt that had I washed it, it would've gone away. There was some initial shedding just from gently running my hands through the ends of the hair straight out of the package. My biggest issue was the cap was too small. I tried to make it worked but I didnt spend $200+ to them end up wearing with a headband. Even then it kept slipping back. I may have missed it but I don't remember seeing anything advertised about the cap size. That wouldve helped me greatly. Very unfortunate, it was going to be my bday hair. Will be returning.
