The media could not be loaded. Works great, sturdy, lights are cool as well as the Bluetooth. Took 4 hrs to charge straight out the box. Connected my phone to bluetooth for music and the sound is good, it is loud. The only reason I give this 3 stars is because when I took it out of its packaging, the wheels looked used and not from average wear through shipping. We bought this for X-Mas, kids loved it! Rode on the street and sidewalk, with no problems. It rides smoothly on streets and sidewalks. Can't speak for other terrain. You have to be very careful when learning to ride it as it could fly under you and you'll land on your back hard. Definitely start slow and hand hold.
