I'm a particularly "pen picky" person. I've got containers full of pens that I thought I would like, all to be disappointed when I got them home or they arrived in the mail. I'll never use them because I'm so picky about pens. Anyway, there are several characteristics I look for in order to use a pen. Just a couple being comfortable to hold and ease of movement (does it glide well on the paper). This ball point serves both very well. One of the best ball points I've had in quite some time. It's actually up there with some of the better gel pens. The ink is vibrant and it dries immediately. If you like a solid pen that glides really well, you won't go wrong with the latest Jetstream RT. They write very smoothly and the ink is a nice dark blue (if you order blue). My husband fell in love with these, too. They aren't cheap, but are worth it. I get the SXN-210 Jetstream RT Rollerball Pens, Blue Smudge Resistant and Tamper Free Ink, 1.0mm Ball, Rubberized Grip, Box of 12.

I’ve had these exact same pens in the past & loved how smooth they wrote. That is not the case with the 3 pack I just ordered. The ball point & ink do NOT glide as before. I end up having to rewrite many of my words because the ink doesn’t come out evenly. I can’t wait to use up the ink with these 3 so I can buy something that works. ... show more
