This is amazing. I like the fact that you can put tall bottles in the bottom and still be able to put sponges and smaller stuff in the top. You can set the height you like - I have mine on the top height. My windex bottles and pet spray bottles fit nicely on the bottom - I also have a spray bottle for vinegar. The roll out on the bottom helps immensely - and stops the digging for stuff in the back of the cabinet. I am able to fit both underneath without any problems with the water pipes/hoses. This was so easy to put together. It is made of metal. The metal was a nice weight and of good quality. The size and adjustable height was totally perfect for my needs. The suction cup feet are why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. They are so small, the suction on them is really not fantastic with the material of the cabinet under my sink. So when I pull the drawer out, either the unit will slide a bit or tip a bit. That is fixable with some DIY which was easy for me thankfully. Other than that, a great product. I got the 2-pack at a very good price on sale with a coupon and I think that is a fair price. The regular asking price seems a little more on the steep side. The products great for organizing, easy to put together but I thought it would be a thicker quality. I think the wheels should be made sturdier, must be very careful pulling out the drawers. It fits the way it should it's just not of good quality. wouldn't buy again.
