THESE ARE PET HAIR FRIENDLY LEGGINGS. I am 133#, 5'9, slender build and the smalls were too small. Sized up to a medium, and perfect fit. Material has good compression, and maybe too much in the nether region, if you know what I mean. The longs are definitely long enough, which is great for my height. I like that the waistband is solid and doesn't have that "extra" elastic band at the top. I don't *love* the placement of the pocket being up high on the hip, but that's not enough for me to dock a star. Took me forever to find the right material that doesn't grab pet hair or lint. Be careful with sizing. These leggings are much less stretchy than expected and feel tight/restrictive. If you prefer a comfortable, flexible fit, I recommend sizing up. These leggings look nice and the high-waisted design is flattering, but be careful with the sizing because the fabric is not very stretchy. Overall these leggings are very good for the price, I've worn them a few times on the tread or trail running and for the most part the waistband stays put. I personally feel that after you start sweating it sticks to you more, while the first few min is the waistband tug of war. I ordered these mainly for the HeatGear - however the tag mentions nothing about that specially. Its mid spring were the morning weather is 50-55 and the fabric thickness keeps me warm but I dont notice any cooling. (According to Under Armor, HeatGear "is designed specifically for hot weather and intense workouts"). They are overall comfortable, and there is a large pocket on the right side. I'm 160lb 5"3 with athletic build and large fit me well. I did order a short and regular size - but both leggings looked the exact came without and call out on the tag. ... show more
