I’m 5’10” and 185 lb. I normally wear a large but got XL in carbon heather based on the reviews. The XL fit perfectly. I like the light weight, the length of the sleeves and length overall. The shirt dries more quickly than another brand I wear. Because it is so thin, I can see how lighter colors might be transparent, and I’ll stick to darker colors if I buy more. If you can get the shirt for less than $20, I think it’s a good value. Full disclosure: I have only worn it once, so I’m not sure how well it will hold up long term. ... show more

I was looking for a workout shirt that was long enough but not too long, and one that has short sleeves because I am too fluffy to bear confidence in a tank top rn at the gym. This shirt is amazing! I got the army green one it's a great color and light and not too close fitting, but not too blousy either. Perfect for the middle I am trying to widdle. Love these lightweight loose fit shirts! Have 3 colors. Chose to size up to XL instead of L as there seemed to be a big size gap between the two. I could go a little smaller but the L is too snug.
