I originally listened to amazon and ordered a large- had to return it and get a medium. The large was absolutely huge and unflattering (not to mention the neck line dipped super low) but the medium fit perfect. For reference I'm about 5"6, 135 pounds. I broke this in by doing a 5k run on the treadmill and if you've ever bought the Brooks running plain tank this is made of the same blend but for some reason doesn't breath as well through the fabric alone but because of the thin and flowy nature it keeps you cool enough that it didnt matter. I loved this top for running and I feel in Florida's weather this will be perfect for my 5k race later in February or any future hikes. Its thin, yes, but not sheer in the slightest. This is well made for the price tag and well priced for the brand name attached I'd highly recommend this for a good staple exercise top. ... show more

These hold up great during goblet squats, front squats, hip thrusts, etc where my rubber dumbbells are in direct contact with the fabric. No pulls on the fabric, and the black marks from my dumbbells wash out every time. They also keep me cool. They do run a bit large. I probably could have gotten an xxs, if that’s even a thing. These Under Armour sleeveless shirts are great. They’re light weight, breathable, and comfortable. I have several of them in different colors. I’m 5’6” and weigh 147. I wear a Small since the material has some give to it. I wear them everywhere. Will be ordering more, especially for summer.
