I bought this for my teenage child who was going to be up in the mountains for a week, due to the high elevation, I knew my child would need a hoodie that is thicker, I purchased this one because it advertised that is for winter usage. NOT! If you are buying this to use in the fall, it will suffice, but up in the mountains, when the low is in the 50s, it is not enough at all. This hoodie was nice, and as described. I am 5'5" and about 140lbs, and I got the 'Cosmos (476)/White' in a size 'Large'. It was really soft fleece on the inside, and was really comfy...it just wasn't quite what I was looking for. I'd hoped the hoodie would be a bit more fitted. It was like a normal sweatshirt and fit just a bit oversized, but it was just a tad bigger than I wanted. I could have probably gone with a 'Medium' and it would've been ok, but there's not much stretch to it so it probably would've been tough to get on and off. I also didn't care for how tight the neckline was where it crosses over for the hood. I don't like things to be super tight on my neck - I avoid things like turtle necks. Usually I can just pull my hoodies down off the front of my neck and be fine, but this one sits further up on my neck and doesn't move much when I pull it down.
