I purchased this sports bra for general everyday activities (walking my dogs, running errands, lifting weights, cycling) and it works great for those purposes. I wouldn't recommend this sports bra for high impact activities like HIIT workouts, running or plyos. It's supportive, but the compression aspect is not as snug as I would prefer for those kinds of activities. Given that I have a pretty small chest, I can imagine this bra would not provide enough compression or feel supportive enough for larger busted women. ... show more

I have 3 of these sports bras and use them for more intense running, such as speed or threshold runs. I feel very supported, the bra is definitely tight but it has to be for high intensity. I ordered a small, am, 34A, 5’5 and weigh 124 lbs.

This sports bra fits so well - just the right amount of support for me (I’m a B/C cup). It’s smooth and comfortable and doesn’t cut like a lot of sports bras do. Probably most important is the freaking pads stay put in the wash! This bra is definitely medium impact support like it says, even for a larger chest. It's very comfy and keeps the girls tamed - even for cardio. I immediately ditched the pads.
