So I usually wear a 7 or 7.5. Because these don't come in half sizes, I took a chance and ordered the 8. They fit just fine. The size 8 is exactly the same as my Nike flip flops in 7.5. So I'd say these run small. These are thin and flexible, but not supportive. There's no arch support at all. They aren't the cushy kind of flip flops where your feet sink in either. I will say that they did not hurt my feet for the lack of cushioning. And the strap is comfortable. But I pretty much live in flip flops so maybe I'm just used to it. Also the purple/peach color is super cute. I got a lot of compliments on these. ... show more

I bought this flip flop to try out and once received, I liked them pretty much right away. They were tipping up (curving) slightly when off, but once I wore them a couple of times they quickly flattened out. They run just a small tad large, so if you are a half size, i.e. 7.5, then I would get the 7. I wear an 8 shoe, so I bought an 8 and like I said they could be a 1/4" shorter, but I like that my heel is not hanging of the edge - I hate that so they are fine for me. I also like that the insole has a bit of texture - makes them more grippy. I would recommend these if you're trying to not spend a ton of money on fancy flip flops. ... show more
