In my opinion if you are taller and have longer arms...than the sizeing tend to run a one size smaller. I got a large which depending on the brand and style will fit me but I found it to be small. It was wearable but I prefer to be comfortable and not have the sleeves too high and tight. The hood is really small, almost unwearable. However I suppose if you were using this for jogging it might be good. Still I prefer to be able to wear my workout clothes like this in relaxing situations and if it is not comfortable than I will usually pass. So I'd get a size up if you are similar. ... show more

I've used this shirt a few times for running in 40-50 degree weather or rain. It's got a little weight to it, which keeps you just warm enough, but also can lead to some chafing of the nips when the shirt gets wet. The hoodie has a lining which makes it a little warmer and good for warming your head or keeping the rain off. It's slightly long, which I think is a plus in colder weather. ... show more
