I really like these. They’re good for exercise, or, if like me, you still have a long ways to go, making you look a tiny bit slimmer. ;) They can work well as a base layer. It’s in the name and is actually a reason some people buy these, but it took me a little bit to notice: these hold in a bit of heat. Buying this shirt was a no-brainer for me. It fits very well, tight and compressed, and I enjoy wearing this shirt. I will say, wash it before wearing. I put it on right out of the package just to see if it fit (in case if I needed to exchange for another size). I've owned other compression shirts. Most you need to order a size larger than wearing a regular tshirt. I thought manufacturer being UA and after checking through reviews that it would be good fit ordering same as I wear as regular tshirts.
