If your 5’8, slim, not that meaty I would do a small and I’m 17 it fits perfect. This my second UA compression after I lost the first one, my first time buyin it on Amazon nd it’s valid, nice snug fit, high quality, and it’s real. Just have to buy fast because the black ones SELL OUT FAST
