I use this heat gear as a rash guard to train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Tight compressing fit to show off your muscles, if you have them, definetly makes you look good. The sleeves stay down and dont roll up. I sweat a lot and helps decipate the moisture and keep me cool and comfortable. Machine washable and dryer safe. high quality product fits very well and comfortable not too loose not too tight. i bought this hoping it would help keep me cooler while wearing it. maybe if i wore it on its own or under a light shirt it might help cool some but it actually seemed to make me warmer. its a great value considering i have paid more for similar products that didnt seem as comfortable and thick enough to last for a long time. the product doesnt need washed too often since it seems to have odor resisting properties and did not smeel after two wears. ... show more
