Just buy one full size up from what you normally wear and you should be okay. Do note though this is a compression shirt so expect a snug fit (go up another size if you want a looser fit). I liked all the spec's associated with the shirt. On paper, it was perfect. But when I got it the fit was just weird. The body was small but the neck was large. Sleeves just seem odd.
