During the cold NY winter these will work to keep you warm. I'm outdoors for at least 2-3 hours during the winter and these work so damn well. I won't leave my apartment unless I've got a pair of these on. I'm 5'7, 160 pounds, size 32 waist, these fit me perfectly like a glove.
