My son needed black shorts for cross country, the fit was perfect, he wears a 10/12, I ordered a medium, shorts are true to size. he wore them 2 or 3 days a week. After washing his shorts repeatedly they still look like new. They are light weight and comfortable. I would definitely recommend.
