  • Would probably be great with an undermount sink
Color: Charcoal
Pros: - sleek & contemporary appearance - easy to clean molded plastic with removable utensil cup & spout - spout can be used on side or end of drain - convenient add-on tray for extra space Cons: - takes a little longer for dishes to dry than with a conventional drain/drainboard - legs are 1/4” too short for spout to go over the rim of my sink (I have it propped up so I can use it) otherwise, this would be a 5 star review ... show more

  • Sturdy, Compact, Holds a Lot of Dishes - Just Love It!
Color: Charcoal
After several years of testing several different brands and models of dish drying racks I finally found the perfect one - this is IT! I've tested out the Simple Human Steel Frame and KitchenAid 3-Piece racks in the past and although those experiences ended in disappointment they helped me decide what was really important to me in a dish drying rack. One - size. I needed a countertop dish drying rack that was compact enough to fit on my 1950s countertop. Two - positioning. I wanted a dish drying rack that could be positioned vertically on my countertop. This rack fits the bill. The KitchenAid-3 Piece could only be positioned horizontally and it took up sooo much space. A little tip: the drain spout on this rack appears to be unmovable although it claims to be moveable in the product description. Not sure what's going on there but I can't see clearly how one can move the drain spout. If the drain spout can really be moved you’d have more versatility in the positioning. Three - I wanted as little "steel" in the rack as possible. No matter what other name brands claim, no dish drying rack is ever "rust free". I just don't believe that's possible. At some point you're going to get rust on stainless steel hardware. That's what disappointed me with the Simple Human Steel Frame rack - despite claims that it was rust-free my rack rusted out in less than 2 years. When you spend $80 on a dish drying rack you don't want it to end up in the trash in 1-2 years on account of rust. A majority of this rack is molded plastic - it's sturdy and compact. The only stainless steel that I can see is the railing around the rack. I love it. Four - good drainage/good design. So far I have seen no puddles or stagnating dish water in the drainage pan unlike the KitchenAid 3-Piece rack which never drained properly and required routine cleaning. So far so good. I've only been using this item for a little under a month but it's been a great accessory for my kitchen. For a small, compact drying rack it sure seems to fit a lot of dishware. The silverware container is small but it's the perfect size for my husband and I. If you hand wash a lot of silverware I can see this possibly being an inconvenience. I would definitely buy this dish drying rack again - it’s a keeper! ... show more

  • Best dish rack I could find
Color: Charcoal
It's not perfect, but it's the best one I've found so far. It's a little on the small side, but it still holds a lot of dishes because of the design. It's easy to install the spout either on the short end or the long side. I needed it to go on the long side. Drainage seems to work fine. I like that you can position the tray, wine glass holder and cutlery holder anywhere you want, and it's easy to move them. The small tray doesn't drain but it's easy to remove to spill the water so I don't mind that. I also like that it's made from plastic rather than steel so it won't rust. The only real negative is that it slides on the counter quite easily when empty - it would be nice if it had feet with some rubber underneath so it would stay put better. Other than that, it's definitely an improvement over any other dish rack I've had. ... show more

  • Would Definitely Recommend!
Color: Charcoal
I agonized over what dish rack to buy & am VERY happy with my purchase. What I like about it... 1. Size is great - holds a lot, can stack plates/lids, can lean things against the raised "bars" 2. Drain works very well 2. Nice appearance. 4. Movable cutlery cup 5. The extra small container that you can use how you like - I attached in the back & use it for my veggie brush, scraper, sponge, etc. ... show more

  • Great design.
Color: Charcoal
I was hesitant about the Umbra Holster dish rack based on previous reviews. I’m glad I gave it a chance. It’s fantastic. There’s plenty of space for a sink full of dishes to dry. And there are no issues with it draining. You do not need to tilt it or prop it. The design appears like it may not drain, but It drains fine. Any water that doesn’t make it to the hole in the center where the drain sits air drys...just like the dishes. ... show more

  • Great Design
Color: Charcoal
Love that this is an all in one unit that is easily cleaned. Dishwasher went down & parts are taking forever. I had not purchased a dish rack in years & I am completely satisfied with the design and functionality.

  • Great compact dish rack
Color: Charcoal
Stylish for a dish rack 🤷♂️ This is a great size for a small kitchen area and the drain works very effectively. The hooks for mugs and wine glasses are nice feature. My only complaint would be the flatware utensil cup is gently clipped on the side and a heavy knife or tongs could easily dislodge it.

  • Good Looking, Stable, Compact not Tiny
Color: Charcoal
I've been wanting a new dish rack for quite some time and this one seemed like it would fit perfectly . . . And so it does! The spout in the bottom accommodates draining on either the long or short side; it easily holds lour 1-2 person/day dishes; it is stable and the counter stays dry. The only adaptation I made was to drill holes in the caddy for drainage as I use it for misc items and it sits above the sink. ... show more
