Overall it works great! I bought it because I’m doing Invisalign treatment & it’s helpful to be able to put my trays in the unit when I have them out. After about a week, though, I did have issues with it where I had to put the cord in a certain way for it to turn on but I reached out to the company and they sent me a replacement. So far no issues. But I like how fast it cleans, the quality of the clean, and the size is good. It’s a liiiiiiittle bit bigger than I expected but no big deal. Overall I’m happy.

The first month of having this it worked well. I used it every night to clean my retainers. It's easy to use you just plug it into the wall and push the button to start and it will go off automatically after 5 minutes. In the past week, I noticed that it would turn off itself without going the full 5 minutes. A few days after I started to notice that it got worse and eventually it wouldn't even start and completely broke. I think it is due to water damage when cleaning it out after using it. It is almost impossible to clean it without accidentally getting some water in the part that gets plugged into the wall. Therefore, it is expected to happen and it is not worth the price you pay.
