Arrived as promised. It wasn't difficult to put together. Did have some difficulties with the directions and explanation for the spacers. Once up, surprised at how sturdy it is and the room it has. This is a great shelf unit! Our old closet rod pulled out of the wall due to the weight of our coats and sweatshirts, so we were skeptical about whether or not these would really hold, but they hold up to an impressive number of heavy garments. We were able to configure the shelves different ways to best suit our organization requirements. We actually ended up buying a second one and will eventually use them as closet organizers in our new house. My only critique would be tthe cover... I would rather they zipped from the top down than the bottom up, and I wish they had black covers. ... show more

I really like the organizer and it was fairly simple to put together. I did not, however, care for the cover. The Velcro straps are positioned too high to effectively hold the rolled doors in place neatly. If it had another strap on each side but lower, it would work better.
