First off, the build quality is phenomenal. It's sleek, slim, and works perfectly except for a tiny area in the bottom left corner of the screen that I'm not entirely sure likes me very much, as it seems to randomly forget I'm tapping it. However, the performance is gorgeously perfect. It runs my go to torture test gauntlet perfectly (Genshin in the foreground with YT inscreen and three music apps playing in the background), so you're getting your performance out of this gem. It comes with a clear case, which I passed over for a black opaque case. There does seem to be a slight issue with internet connectivity, but the delivery of this phone coincided with my router deciding that it hated me and everything that connected to it, so I'm not sure that's a phone problem. All in all, this phone is exactly what you want for the cheapest price on the market. Don't pass it up. You will regret spending money elsewhere. EDIT: I don't often edit reviews. It's fairly rare for me to do so in either a good or bad way, because I usually wait till I feel I've gotten the full measure of a product to make a review, and as a result my reviews are usually very, very accurate. I'm making this edit because I must share my customer service experience. This company has excellent customer service. I don't know if perhaps I'm unlucky in the companies I need service from or what, but I generally am blocked from help, stonewalled, and, in some cases, such as with VanillaVisa, outright robbed. This company is a shining example of what customer service means. I contacted them about the screen issue I mentioned before and let them know about it, hoping maybe that they had a software update that could fix it, but at least hoping to let them know if they weren't aware of the issue. They offered to let me return it immediately, even though the return window closed over a month ago, and to get a replacement. Due to life circumstances, this was not a viable option for me, but they did offer and subsequently issued a partial refund almost immediately. I've since purchased another one for aforementioned circumstances, which Ulefone expressed their sympathies for. A human company with excellent product quality. Ive only had the phone for a few hours, but I WILL update if I run into any issues. So far the phone is great. Fast, responsive, easy to use. I connected to Mint Mobile with no issues... More storage than most people will ever use. Apps, browsing, and watching videos works FLAWLESSLY... If youre looking for a true gaming phone though, I would look elsewhere. This phone does ok with light load games, but I couldnt get it to run Dead By Daylight Mobile (which is a low end game too), and it was a bit slow and low FPS for Junes Journey, which is also a low end game... Ill have to try some more games, or steam link to get a better feel, but I dont have a lot of hope for AAA type games... Like I said though, browsing, apps, and video work GREAT! Very happy with the phone for the price. ... show more

I will maintain my previous statement that this phone is a relatively great value for what it costs. Having said that I have run into issues here and there. I'm not going to say it's buggy, just quirky occasionally. Once every week or so one of these quirks will cause me to restart the phone and that usually resolves any issue... However, one of the issues I have run into is GPS satellite reception when using the phone for directions within a Nissan 3500 passenger van. I will sometimes lose contact with GPS sat. and can only maintain it if I leave it on the front dash. Other vehicles I'm fine, but having used Motorola phones up until this one, never had the issue before. Occasionally I run into other odd behavior in Android such as not being able to switch apps without going back to the desktop, or being stuck in landscape mode, or similar minor issues and they are only occasional. Pretty tolerable but again not something I had to deal with on Motorola Stylus phones. If the cost of this phone is what you can afford to spend I would still say buy it, definitely. I don't know of another of similar value. Also if you're looking for a backup phone I would give the same recommendation. Great value. In my case much of my job consists of traveling and being on time is very important to me. The GPS reception issue is a tough one for me even though it's only occasional but in my case I would say that I should budget a little more for my phone considering how dependent I am on it. With regard to the manufacturer, I would say you're so close... Fix these little things and it's a winner. Also this has 8 GB of real RAM memory.... That is untouchable at this price and it definitely affects performance. For the money this phone is quite snappy and I've run into no memory issues since I've had it. In that way it exceeds what I had been using previously from Motorola. ... show more

I am by no means a phone snob but this thing is not worth the money. It arrived fast as it should have and it can make calls and text but other than that, it stutters when playing youtube videos which is a basic function for any modern phone and the camera is garbage when compared to other phones of the exact same caliber. This thing would be GREAT if it were only $40 with much lower expectations. Did I get a defective unit? Maybe... but first impressions are important. ... show more
