Desk is beautiful and was fairly easy to put together. Took about an hour. A few of the parts arrived broken, but my husband is handy and could fix it. Also the seller took care of a refund for us to make up for the parts we had to buy. They took pride in their desk which was great!

Once this is built it feels pretty sturdy, but…. It took several hours to build- which I don’t mind, it’s a challenge, like a giant Lego project. And only 3 stars because several pieces came broken or damaged and one piece was put together backwards. Pretty poor quality but too much work to box it all back up to return it. I will be reaching out to the manufacturer to see if they can at least send a replacement for the visible broken piece. ... show more

I considered for a full couple of minutes whether to give this a 4 or 5 star. I'm giving the benefit of the doubt and calling it a 5, but it's not a perfect product. It is, however, very good, and I won't be looking to replace it anytime soon. Assembly is a bear. I assemble a lot of flat pack furniture, and this is one of the harder pieces for it's size I've put together. Would be made much easier with a second set of hands, but I don't have one. It's heavy use of camlocks frustrates me, they lead to instability over time. Final product looks nice, drawer slides well, but needs to be pushed closed, almost as if there was a latch that needed to be opened and closed before sliding (there isn't). Better that way than a way that wouldn't reliably close it though. And one of the knobs doesn't fit its screw so the drawer handle, one of the knobs spins and cant be secured to be straight. The grommet for cord pass through is a nice touch that should come standard on every desk, but if you click around you'll find it lacking on many. I really like this desk, so it's getting the five stars, but there are some imperfections you should know about. ... show more

Beautiful desk with a nice design. Not very difficult to put together but takes over an hour. Every part is nicely labeled and instructions are clear. The surface can be tricky to clean fingerprints; just wipe down with damp cloth.

This was by fare the most defective and complicated item I have ever build. I have built many pieces of furniture from IKEA and Amazon and neither has ever confused me the way this manual did. There was a chip in the furniture, the nailes weren’t fully uncovered, the legs were labeled backwards, the sizing of the wholes were not accurate for two parts, and the drawer doesn’t slide in smoothly since the nail from the manufacturer is sticking out (I used my drill to attempt to drill in and didn’t work) and after all this I can’t even return it without having to go through more of a hassle. Pretty disappointed as it looks nice but isn’t functional since the drawer gets stuck. ... show more

Received 2 days earlier than expected. Looks lovely, pretty stable, wriggles only a little. Only needs one person to assemble, no power tools. Knob loose, drawer sticks a little, but I expect it to improve with time. It took a whole lot longer than the 45 minute time estimate in the instructions.
