Keeps drinks hot but not too hot as advertised. Depends on your preferred temperature, but for us it’s ideal. We’ve expanded to two mugs and their full teapot now, we’re converts. Works well. Only disappointment is that you have to keep it plugged in constantly. I was hoping it was rechargeable so I could place it on my desk without it gobbling one of my USB C slots. Really lovely, and I expected a little more functionality than this.
