It’s hard to be super enthusiastic about a charging cable. It either does the job well or doesn't. This cable definitely does the job well, especially as a charging cable to keep in the car. The right angled lightning end means that your phone can sit upright comfortably in a cup holder while charging, or horizontally in a dash mount, with good cable “flow.” And the 3ft length is perfect. Long enough to reach anywhere the phone needs to go, but no so long that it clutters the console or dash. Good value, great function. Like the other UGREEN cable I own, this is a good cable. The ends are strong, the cable seems strong and flexible, not too thick. Good quality USB 2.0 cable. It does work with a basic TPU case but if the case was a millimeter thicker, it probably wouldn't work (see photos). My problem was that if I used it with Android Auto, the reason I bought it, Android Auto would randomly disconnect. Through trial and error, I learned that Android Auto (at least in my 2020 car) requires a high-speed data cable - a USB 3.1 cable works. I didn't realize this UGREEN cable was a slower USB 2.0 cable until I asked on this page what USB version it was. UGREEN answered saying it was 2.0. There's tons of text on this product page, including too many phones listed, but the key info on USB version isn't there. I later learned that 450Mbps is the speed of a USB 2.0 cable. That number is on the page. I suggest UGREEN put "USB 2.0" right there. It's a good cable, just not for Android Auto. I hope they make one of these with the USB 3 spec. I would buy it. ... show more

If It's USB A To USB C Cable The Phone Must Support QC (Quick Charge) My Xperia 1 Supports PD 18W (Power Delivery) Which Is Type C To Type C Cables. The Xperia 1 Does NOT SUPPORT QC.** Just Search Your Phone Specs At GSM Arena And Make It Says It Can Support QC For These USB A To USB C Cables. OLD REVIEW : I Have An Xperia 1 Which Supports 18Watt Charging. This Cable Will Only Output About 1.3Amps (~6.5Watts). This Is Slow Charging For Today's Phones. And longer than 6 feet (2M)? I bought the 1.5' (1/2M) version as a battery bank cable for my Oculus Quest 2. When it arrived and I plugged it in, I fell in love. Instantly I knew I had to buy the longest one available so that I could play games through Oculus Link with it. But there's nothing longer than 6 feet, and they're all only USB 2. It's fine for battery use, but no Oculus Link kills this for me for anything other than a battery cable. The 90 degree connector is THE BEST connector to plug into a Quest 2's USB C port. It's clean, narrower than EVERY OTHER CONNECTOR out there, and even managed to look better than the official Oculus Link cable, while also sticking out half as far. This could so easily be the best Oculus Link cable on the market. Instead, it's useless as one, and ends up being an overglorified battery cable. I'm still glad I own one, but If they can make it at least 10' - 16' (3-4M) long and support USB 3. I'd buy 3 immediately. ... show more
