Read more Please Note: Q1: Why does it sometimes wake up my device when I plug in or unplug another device? When multiple devices are connected at the same time, plugging a new device in or unplugging any of the devices from the charger will render a short charging pause for other devices. This short pause is due to the power redistribution of the charger. Q2: How to get the best performance of all charging ports? When you need to use 3 or more of the charging ports simultaneously, to maximize the output power, it is suggested to preferentially use the C1/C2/A ports. The combination of C3 and USB-A is not recommended because the power output would be minimal in this case. 4-in-1 Charging Station It’s a widely compatible charging device that works well with laptops, phones, cameras, and other battery-powered gadgets. Foldable Design With a foldable plug design, the charger offers greater portability and simpler storage for you to carry in your backpack or bag on the go. GaN Tech With new GaN technology, the USB C charger delivers power more efficiently, while generating less waste of energy and heat. • Runs into issues charging more than 2 devices
I recently took this on a trip as my sole charger and would connect 4 devices (MacBook Pro, iPad, iPhone, and Apple Watch) to this to charge overnight. When I'd wake up, I found that only a couple of my devices were actually charged. I chalked this up to poor connections and figured I'd try again. I tried again later and a similar thing happened. After trial and error, I discovered that only 2 devices would charge at any given point in time, with or without a Mac pulling power. That's not super for a device that has 4 ports. ... show more

  • Not consistent.
A couple of the ports don't charge well. My iPhone connects and disconnects. I thought it was my cord at first, but I switched cords and it continued. Only had the product a couple weeks when this started.

  • Bad Design, Bad Product
I have two chargers and both have the same problem. They charge intermittently. One is so bad I can hear my iPads chirp as they constantly connect and reconnect. Also when you plugin a device it will cause another device plugged in to wake up. I've never seen a charger send feedback to other devices. That cannot be good. I've tried cable swaps and different outlets, no difference. This is truly a flawed charger design. This is the worst product I have ever purchased from Amazon and I buy a lot of things from Amazon. The ratings on this device must be suspect. This product should be pulled. ... show more

  • Might have a faulty one, shorts out and devices lose power
Works fine, good power to various USB-C ports. All good with regard to functionality. I may have a faulty one however, as it seems to make a pop noise and all connected devices lose power temporarily. If I don't touch it or the cable, it works. If however I touch the outside or cable while it is in use, the pop happens and everything loses power. Seems like a short or something? My other chargers do not do this, using the same cables, outlets and devices - only this charger. Minus that issue I like the size, power delivery, amount of power and folding electrical prongs. It makes for an excellent travel power supply, and charges my Microsoft Surface Go2 without issue, as well as my headphones, keyboard and mouse at the same time. Awesome, except for that fault I mentioned above. It also doesn't get very hot, warm yes, but hasn't gotten extremely hot like my previous charger. Not sure what to think about the fault I see, hopefully just a lemon. ... show more

  • Bad quality
Unfortunately this is nit a good charger! I was using it to charge my Macbook air and damaged after 3 days

  • Too clever for phones and tablets, but fast
Charges very fast, but when it senses the end of charge it turns off the unit. That’ causes phones and tablets to think the connection has been unplugged, but is senses the connector and requests power and that repeats, endlessly . So, I can’t recommend for phones and tablets.

  • Works. There are some glitches though.
So! It works w some issues. 1st. When usage w Apple devices it will have some compability issue unless you got genuine c91 OEM cable. However it does show it will charge at 18-20w for most of the mobile devices at no problem. But some apples 10 to 9W charging mobile devices will not work really that well. Most of the time it will not charge! Small tip is start charging which ever is taking 18-20w and then plug in the 10-9w charging device. Eg. Pre iPhone X devices. 2nd I'm not sure if this is how PPS supposed to work or what not. But every time I would plug In a different device to charge. Charging would be paused and restart. Not a big deal. Probably it would want to offer safe full capacity. But... Well it is what it is ig. 3rd. It does get hot. I MEAN HOT. Especially when I use full 18w x 3 capacity. It does get hot really quick. I mean there is GaN but doesn't it still affect the tantalum capacitors? Idk maybe I'm too conservative about this heat issue. Overall it does what it supposed to do. It's just shame that my iPhone SE 2020 has issues with this charger. Because most of my 20w charger wouldn't have issue w this phone taking only 10w ... show more

  • Doesn’t reliably charge
As many other reviews have stated, this wall socket does not reliably charge multiple devices at once. I have left my Apple Watch overnight in my charger only to find it didn’t charge at all. Same with my phone and iPad. This happens when more than one device is connected, which is a problem since that’s the main reason people get this—for the multiple ports in one socket. It also has the problem others have shared that when a device does get charged and reach 100%, the device then dings/vibrates repeatedly as the active current cycles on and off. It’s pretty annoying to have your devices buzzing around on your nightstand around 4 in the morning. Looks like as of September 2021, the tech just isn’t there yet, as I can’t even find any reputable brands with well-reviewed 3+ USB-C ports. ... show more
