I received the UGG women’s Winny Jacket and pants today. To say I’m disappointed would be an understatement. First of all just because UGG is in right now, as it is every year it gets cold, doesn’t mean the company should hurry up and cash in on their brand with subpar clothing. I’ve always liked UGG a lot. I bought many of their boots and clothes and love them. I just bought some very nice items from them. But this Winny jacket and pants aren’t what I’d think about when there’s an UGG label attached. The pants and jacket are thin as paper. Great for summer I guess but the fabric is very very thin. I own a pair of nylon type utility pants I bought about a year ago from a discount department store for the purpose of using them in the summer for gardening. The discount pants I bought are better fitting, more stylish and I paid maybe $20.00 for them. The jacket and pants from UGG are insanely expensive for what you’re getting. The jacket is really baggy in my usual size of Medium ( I’m 5’5, 120lbs. and have no belly fat. The jacket if tightened at the waist to give this baggy item some shape makes it too tight. Same with the pants. A meduim pant is super long, you can’t hem them because of the adjustable elastic band at the ankles so your pants will ballon out at the bottom. And the waist issue,,.These oversized everywhere else pants are uncomfortably tight around the waist. To go up a size would make me look even more ridiculous. Save your money and buy a nice UGG Terri top or pants. I’m sad that UGG would lower their standards to make a quick buck while their items are hot in the cold weather. ... show more
