Very hard to get on. Once I struggled to get my narrow foot in there the length was fine. Maybe if I took them somewhere to be stretched that would help. I think sizing up isn't the answer for me. They just need to be not so tight to get on.

These are beautiful shoes, however very difficult to get on. The zipper in the back does not go down far enough for me to get my heel into the shoe. I do not feel that is an issue with size although I’m not certain cause I literally could not get them on but in all other UGG shoes I wear this size . I really wanted the ones with the zippers on the side, but those are no longer available. I can easily get the pool on ones without a zipper on. ... show more
