I have worn them about 10x from the day I got them ( less than 3 weeks ago) they are comfy and I can walk all day in them. After reading reviews I ordered 1/2 a size up and they didn't fit they run huge!!! Plus I wanted to wear them to an event and the company says it takes 30 days????! Don't waste your time going to a store very bad biz I expected more from UGG

I love these shoes. I’m sad I have to send them back. The strap that keeps them on doesn’t go tight enough for my heel to not slip out of them. Also, the reviews for this show are for the wrong one. People keep talking about a sneaker. For $120, they have to fit perfectly.
