Some reviews felt that the quality was not as good as other Ugg products. I think the shearling lining is still lovely soft and thick! What’s changed for me over the years, is the suede exterior isn’t as soft and pliable, it’s become more structured and stiff. That is true for these boots as well. However, I still love them!! I love the style and I decided to keep these, but I have a really hard time getting my heel in. I need to wear thin socks for them to slide on without a major struggle. Purchased a size 5 and they fit perfectly. They are super cute and keep my feet warm. Quality is to be expected by UGG. Easy to put on and pull off. Soft and warm on the inside. Would purchase again.

These boots are nearly impossible to slip onto your foot. Once on, they are comfortable and true to size but would not recommend due to how challenging it is to put your foot inside

Cute, didn’t keep. The style proved too difficult to fit my foot in (as I’m a 9.5 and uggs are whole sizes). I go with a 9 in Ugg’s but the ultra mini style was too stiff to fit
