Some reviews felt that the quality was not as good as other Ugg products. I think the shearling lining is still lovely soft and thick! What’s changed for me over the years, is the suede exterior isn’t as soft and pliable, it’s become more structured and stiff. That is true for these boots as well. However, I still love them!! Two weeks after gifting this item the sheepskin upper part started separating from the sole. Contacted UGG and the serial number inside the shoe/boot did not match any UGG number so UGG could not help. ZAPPOS can you please replace these or issue me a refund?

Super comfy! Warm and cozy. These are more like high top shoes than boots. I bought a half size up because whole sizes only. The wool inside takes up a lot of space.
