UGGS are the best; they’re the most durable, best made, and most comfortable. The negatives are the relatively high price, limited colors, and I think some of the new styles are a little weird, and the platforms are really high. But still the best. I’ve tried most of them, but the only ones I buy on a regular basis are Bear Paws. I have several pair in various colors. When try on a pair, choose the ones that feel tight, because the lining will get flattened by your feet, and you don’t want them too loose. Great variety of colors and styles, too ... show more

I bought these because the pair I bought 4 years ago, and wear constantly throughout the winter, is starting to look ratty. (Not a criticism- these boots have been through a LOT and I haven't done anything to care for them and they are still wearable, just the suede has worn off the toe area now.). It took me years to decide to splurge and get them. They have been like a miracle because my toes were always cold all winter long, but in these Uggs my toes stay warm!! The new pair seems like the same quality, but they are a tiny bit shorter and narrower than the ones I bought 4 years ago. Literally 1/4" shorter and narrower. So, not enough to need to go up a size, for me, anyways. My foot is on the narrow side and I wear a 9 in most shoes and a 9 in these boots fits me perfectly as well, wearing them with or without socks. The price has gone up about $50 since 4 years ago so I considered getting the cheaper Koolaburra by Uggs, but in the end decided not to change when I have had such a great experience with the originals. ... show more

I've been coveting a pair of Uggs for years but couldn't justify the price. My snow boots are getting trashed this winter, though, with all the ice and salt, and I wanted something I could switch in to at work or wear around town that wasn't strictly meant for snow and ice. When I saw the price of these, I could hardly believe it--totally affordable. And they are incredibly comfortable. I like everything about them--the color, the fit, the look. I did treat them with waterproofing spray. I wore them at work today and got lots of compliments! I'm looking forward to getting a lot of use out of them. I am a true 7 1/2 and was a little confused by the reviews because some said to order a 1/2 size up and others a 1/2 size down, but I went with the 8's figuring I wear a lot of thick socks and they're perfect. ... show more

I purchased the UGG Women's Classic Short Boot a few years ago and I am absolutely in love with them. These boots are not only stylish and trendy but also incredibly comfortable and warm. The first thing that struck me about these boots was the high-quality materials used in their construction. The exterior is made from genuine leather, which is soft to the touch and has a beautiful texture. The interior is lined with soft and cozy sheepskin, which provides exceptional warmth and comfort. The sheepskin also wicks away moisture, which means that my feet never get sweaty or clammy. The fit of the boots is also excellent. I was a bit worried about the sizing, but they fit true to size and are very comfortable to wear. Beautiful color (purple ruby), so, so warm and yes, very comfortable. Good price. Lots of compliments from strangers. What's not to like?? (P.S. I own about 7 pairs of UGG boots, but only get the Classic ones because they are the most comfortable. I've tried on some of the nonclassic ones and they are VERY hard to put on and take off. This was my first time buying a pair from Amazon. They came in about a week in an UGG box and appear to be authentic. I think most of them are made in China these days. Isn't everything? As far as size, my normal size is 7-1/2, but I got an 8 in boots. Always better to have more room than not, especially when you add socks. I hope this helps). ... show more
