I have the correct size, but there’s two layers of fabric that overlap on the heel making a seem running side to side inside on the back of your heel. I walked from my couch across my living room and immediately took them off because I felt like they were cutting me and checked to see if there was cardboard or something in them. They are EXTREMELY PAINFUL shoes. I can’t believe there is a seem that rubs up and down right on the heel and it’s sharp!!! What a stupid design. Extremely disappointed.

I had to order three different times to get the size right. I have ugg boots at a size 8 but ordered an 8, 8.5 and then a 9 and finally with the 9 I was able to get my foot passed the mouth of the shoe! It seems any shoes that have a lower entry than the regular boot which goes up your calf, are more difficult to get your foot into with UGG for some reason. Either way- beautiful boots! Hearty and comfortable with style

I sized up half a size as I normally do with boots but the first day I wore these my ankles were all cut up on the back and outer sides. I was wearing socks too. I don’t know if it’s the material or just the shape but terribly disappointed. They are very cute and I got compliments on them but I would not recommend these to anyone.
