Fortunately for me, I received an email notification saying they have my size 10 in black, so I jumped on it and made the purchase. Now, I have to say that the size 10 was a bit big, so possibly a 9 would have worked out for me. Depending on the maker, I can range from a 9-10 size with 9 1/2 is always my best beat. Also, it’s been a mild winter since I have had them, and I only wore them twice. So even though they are big, they are supportive and comfortable enough to stay on. My husband says I have boats on, but I don’t care lol.

I was worried that they would fit because after a broken left ankle - I need a wide fit . My foot is not really a true wide . These are perfect. Easy off and on and super cute. Nice pink color and warm .

I finally bit the bullet and bought my very first pair of Uggs. Was so excited because I got this style with the zipper so it's not such a pain to put on. However, when I got it, yesterday, it wasn't even in an Ugg box. And when I tried to scan the security code that's sewed on to the left boot, it doesn't do anything. :( I read that it's supposed to take you directly to the Ugg site so you know they're real. I really don't want to return them, but then if they're fake, I just spent $200 on them and got totally jipped. :( Update: they’re real! Tried scanning the QR code in brighter light and it went to Uggs page. They’re so comfy and soft!

I really like that they have a zipper! I have the tall UGGS and they are nice boots too but it’s harder to get them on. The only improvement is that the zipper is on the outside when it should be on the inside.
