I was excited about these sandals and looking for something stylish but comfortable. The footbed is incredibly comfortable and I love chunky lug soles. However, I have a very high arch and instep and wide toe box the ankle strap across the top is too short to be adjusted to a comfortable width for me and stay closed. It might loosen up at some point, but I can't afford to keep them if that doesn't happen. I have a friend who has 2 pairs and she loves them. Maybe you will too. ... show more

Comfortable, stylish, and soft. They are bulky so if you are looking for something smaller, this is not for you. They are a tad heaver than other shoes but still comfortable to walk in and they feel like a cloud.

I should have listened to the reviews. I am usually a size 8, but I got an 8.5 based off reviews. The ankle strap was too tight and uncomfortable even after loosening it. The shoe itself actually fit pretty well and was made very well, but that strap is uncomfortable. I also did not like how the name “UGG” is carved into the heel, you can feel it under your heel and it feels like something is caught under your foot.
