First, people said they run small….I normally wear a 14 so I ordered a 15 and my toes rubbed the front of the shoe ( returning for that reason) I would need a 16.     • Wanted to Like but too small on toes
I bought these through UGG originally but wanted to share my experience to help others. They run oddly small on the big toe area, and when I tried a size up, the toes were still small but then I also had a loose heel, so these did not work out for me, they are so cute and seem functional for wet weather, but they just didn't work, they seem to run small/tight in the toe area and sine there is the hard plastic band around it, it has no "give" so they will not stretch by the toes, so I ended up returning. ... show more

My first pair the rubber came delaminated from the leather within a week. Uggs sent me a new pair. The second pair the elastic band snapped within a week. See picture. Uggs would not replace them because they were supposedly out of the warranty. I only owned them for 3 months and most of that time was spent in the mail. The quality is poor on these shoes. I have owned other UGG slippers that were great but there is something wrong with these specifically. Also something wrong with the UGGs warranty process. ... show more

I normally wear a 14 but per the reviews I read, I went up to a 15. I could not even get my foot into the shoe let alone wear them.
