However, they are in a storage container someplace and I can't get to them before I have to go back to Buffalo this winter. So, New pair of the same boots I had before. Great boots and warm.

I bought these for a trip to South Korea in winter. It was 20-30 below 0 and snowing, and I wanted something warm that could handle ice and snow; I've had to deal with inadequate shoes in winter conditions before and didn't care to repeat the experience. They're definitely warm, easy to put on for a pair of lace-up boots, and reasonably comfortable, but they do require breaking in, so don't do what I did and trek all over Seoul in a brand new pair of these XD Anyway, I like how they look and after the break-in period I really appreciated how they kept my feet warm and dry despite the cold and snow and kept me sure-footed even on icy pavement. I'd recommend to anyone seeking a good blend of practicality and style.

Not gonna lie, these boots are expensive. That's probably why you're reading this review. Here's the short version: Not too heavy, not too light. Fit like a glove. Comfortable for walking around indoors and warm outside. Generally speaking, I hate snow boots. My feet run very warm, but I need boots that I can wear out in the snow and ice. I have owned a pair of Sorel Caribou for nearly 25 years now. They look brand new. In part due to their excellent construction, and in part due to the fact that I hardly ever wear them. They're giant beasts, heavy, unwieldy to wear and drive in, and too warm. My new Ugg boots, on the other hand . . . I LOVE these. I have driven 4 hours to ski while wearing them. I've worn them while sitting in a restaurant to eat and didn't feel overheated. I can slosh through puddles in the parking lot and comfortably shop for groceries. In the month that I've owned these boots, I happily reach for them to jump in the car on an errand. I've never done that with my other snow boots. The toe box is generous but not oversized and clumsy. The tread on the bottom is grippy and steady. The weight is substantial enough to know what you're wearing, but without feeling heavy.

I was under the impression that these were UGG Australia, but nowhere on the box or in the literature does it say that. I read under the questions and answers product information on Amazon where someone had said they were made in Australia. The only information I got on Australia was here on the description -it only states that it was made by an Australian in California. I believe there are two different companies ugg and ugg Australia. But I don't know. Regardless, I think they are great. I just got the boots and they are pretty terrific. Seems very high quality and craftsmanship. They are super lightweight very good looking. Mine were also made in Vietnam. It says that they are only 60% wool and 40% some other material (lyocel?). The insole is not furry, it is made of some other material (soft and warm). The sole itself is not soft and super flexible as someone else stated in my opinion; it is just as hard as any of my other boots, but not stiff by any means -just perfect. So far I love them. I will edit this review if anything changes. Hope you like and enjoy yours too!

For starters I can't give this product a FULL review as that will require me to venture out in the snow which has not occurred as of early December. If possible I'll return with that portion of this review after the winter season is over. First, when these boots arrived I was somewhat disappointed. They looked plasticky borderline cheap. While it came with a certificate of authenticity from UGG there was something I read that the upper portion was polyester. I was immediately turned off. I keep the boots for several weeks before I decided to try them on while I pondered sending them back. I"m glad I waited! My feet are finicky and I have a hard time purchasing boots off the shelf. They usually don't fit very well. These boots fit like a glove and I feel in love with them the moment I tried them on. The comfort is first rate. The lining gives this boot extra cushion and they are made better than my first assumption. The soles are sticky which provides extra traction, which is something I"ve never had in a boot. They are not as bulky as some of the other boots I have purchased. I anticipate these boots to last for years and provide comfort and warm. I hope I"m able to return with another review after the winter season is over. You get what you pay for and so far I feel this is money well spent.

Warm, comfortable, stylish. I have only had these a month so I can't speak of their longevity. They are true to fit .. not too wide with a pair of wool socks on average width feet. They are keeping my feet dry, and seem to be a quality choice snow boot good for sub freezing and sub zero temperatures. These are a keeper in my opinion.

I purchased both the mens and womens versions of these boots as they are so similar and I wasn't sure which would actually fit better. With the price I wanted to be sure. For reference I wear a womens 9 or a mens 7.5. I ended up keeping the mens and returned the womens for a few reasons. The mens are very slightly wider, they are all black vs the womens being black and grey, and the biggest reason of all is the mens has the vibram sole but the womens does not. This made a huge difference to me as I used them on a holiday trip to Austria and I walked 10+ miles each day for almost two weeks. When you put one of the mens and one of the womens on each foot and looked down they were almost identical but they felt slightly different. They kept my feet dry and very warm. It makes zero sense why the mens has the vibram sole but the womens does not and the womens were even a few dollars more. If your a woman and are debating which ones to get just go with the mens version. They are way better.
