I have a lot of different shoes and boots. I like to change my footwear frequently because my feet often hurt after wearing the same shoes for more than 8 hours. I have flat feet and getting neuropathy. I change my insoles periodically as they are the first thing to break down. I have an older pair of Ugg boots that I love but they are getting beat up and are no longer made so I thought I’d give these a shot. I’m glad I did because these are great. I got the green ones because they were much cheaper than the black ones and are very dark green so would be easy to dye black if I didn’t like the color. Happily the color is great and are very lightweight and comfortable. I got a size 12 which is my normal size and the fit really well with enough space for my toes to breath and move without any discomfort. I ended up buying a second pair while I could still get them.

My son bought the UGG Men’s Biltmore Chelsea Boots for a trip to Germany, and he absolutely loved them! They were comfortable right out of the box, requiring no break-in period. The waterproof leather held up well in different weather conditions, keeping his feet dry and warm. The design is sleek and versatile, making them perfect for both casual and slightly dressier occasions. The traction on the sole provided great grip for walking on cobblestone streets and in rainy conditions. Overall, these boots were a fantastic choice for travel—durable, stylish, and super comfortable. Highly recommend!

Quality boot, well cushioned, comfy roomy fit (cut a little wide). I've received compliments on the Dark Olive color. If the pull on tabs in the rear of the boot (above the ankle) were bigger (can barely get a hold on them with thumb and forefinger) I would add a star.

I've only just unpacked these and tried them on, but I'm super pleased about their appearance (ordered black), the fact that they seem really well made, and most of all their fit which was a worry given that fit was the most common concern in the reviews. I'm usually a 12 with most shoes; sometimes a 12.5 in a running shoe. The reviews said these can run big, so ordered a half size down at 11.5, and they are perfect. There's a bit of extra room in the front for toes but I like that and they feel great. I'm tempted to get another pair of these in a different color.

Awful experience with UGG. These boots lasted 11 months before the sole began to fall off. I purchased the boots Jan 31 2024 and the sole fell off Jan 1 2025. UGG has a one year warranty, so I submitted a warranty claim. Ugg denied the claim because they said it is outside the warranty coverage period. I called and pointed out that the boots were 11 months old and should be within the warranty but the Customer service rep was rude and refused to listen to my story. Do not buy ugg shoes because they won't even stand by their warranty.
