After I had new UGG for two weeks I got a mystery stain on the toe of them and was so bummed. I was about to buy the three piece set directly from UGG but since I only wanted the cleaner I turned to Amazon instead and I’m glad I did. I tried this product the first time with a washcloth and it did not work so I actually followed the instructions the second time and use a sponge and had clean UGGs once again. The pro's are that it was extremely easy to use and was immediately effective when I actually followed instructions. The con’s my feet were cold for 24 hours while I waited for them to dry. Just bought these Uggs and totally ruined them in a garage party. Used this Ugg cleaner and followed the instructions EXACTLY and they look brand new!! So happy!

cleaned them nicely, but not worth 25 bucks. they didn’t remove my stain like i was hoping, but didn’t really do anything bad so eh, if u wanna clean them, this is good, but not a stain remover like description.

I was praying when I ordered this that it would actually work and thank god it did. I spilled a bourbon manhattan on my Uggs and this cleaner saved them. Follow the instructions. Stuff your Uggs with socks or towels to maintain shape. Don’t brush till they’re dry. Worth the money by a mile.
