As other reviews have said, the opening for your foot is very small and I had to squeeze my size 11 feet into them. Once on they were crazy tight. After using them for an hour at home I had to take them off. My feet were going numb from them being so tight. Returned for 3 sizes larger and surprise surprise they fit perfectly. These are definably not the first Uggs I've owned. I have two teenage girls who have a least 4 pairs each and well as me. I bought these to wear into work because my office is so cold. I park in a parking garage and only wear theses fow work. I bought the black shorts. They are faded within a month of me having them they look grey. I treated them with the Ugg products before wearing them at all. Never have I had a pair that looked like this at all after a month. I have 5 year old mid grey ones that don't even look like this after consist wear. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!! ... show more
