The Same Product That I have Always Used And Has Worked To Help Care For My Uggs. I love it because all the products work, and I have not had a reaction to any of them. I have had reactions to other Shoe & Leather Products In the Past. I use them outside, or in a well ventilated area and follow the instructions that come with the box. It does come with everything that I have needed to care for my Uggs. I usually spray them on my deck, and the overspray has kept my deck water resistant as well. I will say that I don’t wear my UGGS in super wet weather; but I have been caught in the rain… and I have worn them in the snow. My UGGS usually last for many years, and look like new. It has been the soles that have warn out. I have not used the deodorizer, I have never had that problem with my UGGS! ... show more

English instructions are on the bottles!! Pink socks are before, white socks are after cleaning twice. I work from home and wear these ugg slippers all throughout the cool months. I tried cleaning the spots of dog saliva off and it’s a no go. I should have sprayed the preventative better before wearing. ... show more

I received the Uggs Sheepskin and Suede Care Kit today, which did come with a booklet of instructions. Unfortunately, not one page was in English. I can’t understand that, since Uggs is based in the US. Before I ordered the kit, I read other reviews that said there were no instructions, so I was surprised to see a booklet, but I guess this is what the other buyers meant. There is no way to know exactly what order or amount of product to use when cleaning my Uggs. I plan to call their customer service tomorrow to ask if they have instructions for English speaking customers, and if not, why. ... show more

My favorite pair of uggs have really gone through the wringer this last year and I want to bring them back to life after getting a pretty heavy amount of water, dirt, and salt stains on them that just would not come out. Upon buying this I realized the instructions, although clear, were not really the most helpful. I used step 2 first with just the little square brush and every time they would dry the stains would still be there. After looking some videos up on youtube I found out that you need to use a really good sponge or loofah to get the soap to actually sudds up and work. I wish I had a picture of the water I rang out after thoroughly cleaning them! It was brown! I couldn't believe it. After letting them air dry my uggs looked back to normal and were ready for the protection spray, I have only worn them out once with the spray so waiting to come back for a review of that. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This product is amazing. In my video I show one boot that is done and the other that isn’t done for comparison purposes. You can see that the cleaned boot looks brand new. TIPS: watch a video on how to properly use this product on TikTok or YouTube. I also stuffed the boot with clean rags to get them to stand up straight again and remove the creases on the toes. The rags are much sturdier than paper towels. After cleaning them, I used a blowdryer for 15 min on the toe part and used my other hand to remold them with the rags stuffed inside. Then I let them air dry for 48 hours. This pair is over 10 years old and I will use them for another 10 now that I know how to clean them! ... show more
