These extensions were great for about two weeks and then they started getting matted. I maintained them properly and did everything I could to soften them back up but it didn’t work so I contacted customer service. They got back to me immediately and resolved the issue. I didn’t have any tape issues that other people have had. They stayed in my hair until I removed and came out easily with alcohol. I would recommend them.
