I bought this hoping it might help relieve an itch that I sometimes get on my fingers, toes, or feet, and it doesn't seem to have that effect. If moisturization were the problem, it might be helpful, but the smell is something else. Once you've applied some of this stuff to any part of your body, breathing could be a problem for a while. It has a volatile odor to it such that it clears the room. My cats won't come near me until I have washed it off of my skin. In fact, if a cat is asleep in the same room when I open the bottle, the cat is awake and on its way to another floor of the house.

I'll add a photo... on the inside of the cap is a label stating that if you give them 5 stars, you'll get a full refund plus an additional 10. The cream itself is NOT high quality, it is primarily water and does not moisturize well. Quite disappointing.

My daughter and husband have eczema. I thought I'd try this 'soothing' honey cream. It stings! My daughter's reaction right away was to say, "It stings!" And we had to wash it off! My husband tried it then and said it feels like those muscle rubs with menthol. Definitely not for sensitive skin or eczema! This should be marketed like Vick's vapor rub or icy hot -- it even smells like strong menthol even though that isn't in the ingredients list! Of course I want to return it, but no returns available! I just wasted $25!

This small jar of cream has a very strong smell and a burning/cooling feeling that lasts for some time, maybe 30 minutes even if you wash it off with soap. The sticker on the package calls it tea tree oil lotion, but tea tree oil is not listed on the ingredients. As far as I can tell, nothing is listed in the ingredients like mint oil, menthol, or tea tree oil, that has this effect of the burning feeling and the strong smell. So, are the ingredients listed accurate? It is difficult to tell. Would I put this on the skin of someone with a rash or skin irritation? No, because if it caused more irritation than soothing, even washing it off wouldn't stop the effect for a while. But, it is a cream and it does seem to have honey in it, so I gave it 3 stars for being "ok" -- it might work to control itching or to repair dry skin, but I don't think it would work for very sensitive skin, especially if the ingredients are not clearly apparent.

I wanted to try some Manuka honey on my dry hands that looked terrible. This is the only place I could find some I could afford.It does help. I have just started using it but I think it is helping. I did see some they have that is a little cheaper. If anything changes I will let you know.
