The media could not be loaded. This took 40 min for me to figure out and put together. Some pieces don't make sense but they're enough pieces some extra bars are included. The product is light, plastic, and great for a temporary situation. I don't think the hanging bars can handle much weight. I'm happy with the purchase and the price.
