I bought my 4 - year old granddaughter the nightmare before Xmas music box recently, this March 2025. I knew she really likes the movie and the characters in the movie. So I surprised her with this gift and two toddler books with the same theme. The music box is tiny and it fits perfectly on the palm of her hand. The gift was nicely made and the design I chose was perfect for her. My granddaughter was very happy when she received her gift, She said it was beautiful n started to turn the crank and got excited because the melody of movie began playing. Did not think to look up the size of the box but it's tiny and so cute. Only sad part is the box doesn't wind up so the music only plays if you actively turn the crank at a nice constant pace. Not disappointed though. Brought as a mother's Day gift so I'm still looking forward to my mother's reaction. Due to it's tiny size, I'm sure she will love it

I ordered what I thought was a grand, enchanting music box for my niece, the kind that would captivate a room and perhaps inspire a Disney movie. What I received, however, was something that could easily be mistaken for a toy from a child's gumball machine. Imagine my surprise when the package arrived, and I thought it was a joke! I was expecting something that would require two hands to lift, maybe even a little muscle lol I’m exaggerating, but you catch my drift. Instead, I found myself squinting to see if there was an actual music box inside the tiny package it came in. The pictures online were pure sorcery, like a magician's illusion. They made this music box look like it belonged in a palace. In reality, it could barely be a throne for a mouse. Seriously, this thing fits in the palm of my hand! I’ve seen teacups more imposing. Absolutely ridiculous. If you're in the market for a music box for ants, this is the one for you. Otherwise, save yourself the shock and invest in something that won't require a magnifying glass to appreciate! This is more of a stocking stuffer than an actual music box.
