Basically, these are best sauces I’ve ever had in my life! The mild is great for cooking with, giving greens and food extra flavor, the Medium adds a touch of heat - it is probably my favorite flavor of them all. goes great on just everything! The Hot is hot but not so hot youll be uncomfortable, and dripping on some nachos or a plate of veggies adds that hot heat and is rich and flavorful. My only complaints are with the hot is that it’s oily and seperated easily so it drips a bit, can stain bowls and clothing. And that i can’t order just three bottles of the medium. hopefully soon they can sell them individually. small price for the deliciousness though. Just ordered my second box. ... show more

I have a very high scoville tolerance, and tend to eat hotter sauces than these. I also adore hot sauces that really showcase the flavor of distinct peppers rather than just being capsaicin bombs, and that's where I'd classify them. Ubah Hot sauces have become a delicious staple of weeknight dinners. Each of them is amazing in it's own way on different foods. I can't recommend them enough–these are SO. INCREDIBLY. DELICIOUS. They also last a shockingly long time for what appear at first glance to be smallish jars. I'm going to rebuy again and again–these have earned a permanent spot in my fridge. UPDATE: After quite a few reorders, these sauces have continued as a staple for me. For some context, about 1/3 of my refrigerator is occupied by hot sauces and other condiments (I have a problem) and Ubah Hot is what I replenish most often. They’re oddly addictive and make it easy to tie a meal together. I love them with rotisserie chicken, tinned sardines, basically any protein. My only complaints are that I would love to be able to buy larger sizes, and buy the types separately as I tend to use the habanero and fresno more often than the serrano. I’m a connoisseur of hot sauces and these are great! More like a paste which is great for cooking! My only issue is I ordered these in August and they arrived with an expiration of November so it doesn’t give me much time and the jars are big. Couldn’t return or order new set assuming because it’s food item. ... show more

It is mostly canola oil. That is the main ingredient. Canola is the worse oil for you. I tried it anyway and there was a lot of flavors floating in all that oil but ended with a weird aftertaste, I’m a foodie but this to me was all flash and very little authenticity in calling it hot sauce.

Savory flavors of onion, garlic and more stand up to the heat, the sauces have a nice balance, one component does not overpower the other. Pricier than the average hot sauce, yes, but I feel you get a lot more product than many on the market. I would purchase again!

At the time of my purchase the hot sauce was only sold in a variety 3 pack for $60. That is a lot to spend on 3 jars of hot sauce. And it’s even more expensive when you didn’t like all 3 flavors. The mild Fresno flavor was my favorite. A really nice complex tomato chili sauce. The medium Serrano flavor was ok. A little too vinegary tasting for me. The orange was bitter. The green was okay. The yellow was inedible. So hot it made me choke. All of them stayed separated, with the oil collecting on the top. Very expensive for such cheap ingredients. Nothing special.

The flavors are true /bold . Enhance salads( green jar ) mix in w mac & cheese ( red jar ), Topping for broiled fish ( green jar ) . A plus added to deviled eggs skip the relish add a bit from the green jar .Yes, the green herbs a fav. Will order again & a great gift for that special cook.
