Replaced the compressor in my TSX and now have cold AC. Acura even serviced and filled it for me with no questions. Blowing cold for now... will update if any problems arise.

I ordered this UAC compressor but what I received was an OMEGA branded one. Not getting exactly what I ordered was a bit disappointing but I went ahead and installed it anyway rather than deal with exchanging it. Fitment was perfect but I did find the compressor offered significantly more resistance to spin than my original one. With the ports open, I could barely spin it by hand compared to the original that spun by hand easily. Time will tell. ... show more

    • Needed modification to fit....
Bought for my 2005 tsx 6 speed, works just fine. Had to do some modifications for it to fit. Mounting holes were machined incorrectly, had to R+I multiple times and file down around mounting holes for it to sit flush. It definetly would have cracked housing or tweeked piston bores and seized up without me grinding. Only about 2mm worth, but more aggravation than i wanted. But i saved over $150 vs parts store.
