    • Be Carefull hooking up lines.
Watch the thread depth on replacement compressors where the pressure lines bolt in, they are not as deep and will split the housing.

Worked like a charm directions suck dos not come with new seals. Be sure to set it down face first clutch down when changing the presser valve on back of pump you are going to loose some oil but by doing it this way you will loose a lot less. All and all the pump work’s great and it’s quite and that’s the bottom line I would buy again. Hope this helps good luck. One more thing when removing the plug on the back cover it with a towel it’s under presser this will keep the oil from spraying in your face. ... show more

The first one of these I bought last about a week. I contacted the seller directly and he shipped a replacement that same day and within two days i had the replacement. So far the replacement is working great. Any brand can be faulty, but it how business is handled if that happens that matters the most to me. I bought this on July 2, 2019. I wanted to write a review when I made sure it would last. Almost a year later and I haven’t had to touch it since I installed it. Blows cold air everyday of the summer. Installed on a 98 k1500 5.7. Only trouble we had was on the back of the old compressor was a sensor held in by a C clamp. On the new compressor was a hole where this sensor should of been but was plugged. We took the plug out and it was compressed with air and oil. (Sprayed everywhere). We put the sensor in the new compressor and topped it off the best we could with oil. Not sure what the sensor is for but it works. ... show more

Installed with no issues, followed the installation instruction on the compressor manufacturer website, which stated to vacuum the system for 1 hr. Also replaced the accumulator, and orifice tube. Ice cold air again! The pump is relatively quiet with no unusual noises You must use PAG 46 with this compressor, not PAG150 that the OEM compressor uses. ... show more
